GRIT Hockey and Howe Authentic Training are partnering up to bring you the Summer Scrimmage Series. These high-value scrimmages will teach players strong positional play, how to see the ice (vision), how to anticipate play, and how to effectively use teammates to improve strategic outcomes.
Our coaches will be on the ice during play to give individual coaching and tactical play while the game is running. We also begin each game with whiteboard strategy sessions so expectations and goals are set and understood before stepping on the ice.
Follow the hyperlinks below to register your skater to the appropriate age group. Scrimmage lines and positions will be set so proper ages/abilities will compete against each other. You can sign up for multiple skates the same day (back to back sessions) as well as multiple dates. All scrimmages take place in the Lucan Memorial Arena.
Note: these are development skates for Rep, MD, A, and AA playing levels. All players in each age bracket must have the basics of skating, shooting, passing, and puck handling, but these are not Elite AAA skates.
