Founder: Tommy has been one of Canada’s fitness leaders for over a decade. He founded the award winning Hybrid Sports Training and Hybrid Fitness facilities in 2008 where he worked with some of the world’s top athletes, eventually winning business magazine’s Top 20 Under 40 in 2015. Tommy has consulted for various sports organizations and institutions as well as authored multiple books and published articles. He brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the LFA and is responsible for daily business operations and community partnerships.

Hi, I’m Nadiia Kosiakova! My journey into the world of fitness began with dancing. I fell in love with movement and realized it’s essential to my happiness and living a fulfilled life. I graduated from university in Ukraine with a degree in physical education. I began working as a fitness trainer shortly after, and I’ve worked in the industry for almost a decade. I continue expanding my health and nutrition knowledge by attending conventions, seminars, and masterclasses from the world’s best trainers. I’m happy to help people improve their lives, and I’m so excited to be part of the LFA team!

“I am currently a grade 12 student at Medway. I have a passion for health and fitness. I have played competitive volleyball since I was 9 years old both indoor and beach. I came 3rd in Canada at the 18UG Volleyball Canada Beach Nationals and 2nd in Ontario at the 2023 18UG Ontario Volleyball Provincial Championships! In my down time I am usually at the gym or hanging out with friends and family. I am going to be attending college next year to complete my health and fitness diploma and then want to continue my education as an Athletic Therapist after that. I can’t wait to be part of the team at LFA!”
