The Lucan Fitness Alliance is a community organization focused on exercise, nutrition, and sports performance programs. We offer traditional gym services in a dynamic, supportive environment that gets the most out of our members. The LFA is also partnered with GRIT Hockey to deliver high-quality on-ice and dryland training for minor players from the ages of 8-15.
We are founded and staffed by residents of Lucan, and we put the community first.
